At Allogeneic Solutions, we prioritize seamless collaboration with clinicians to ensure the highest standards of care. Our process is straightforward and designed to foster trust and efficiency:

Outreach

Involves contacting clinicians specializing in wound care, eye care, orthopedic surgery, sports medicine, and foot and ankle issues. Our objective is to establish mutually beneficial partnerships that enhance the quality of care clinicians provide their patients. To streamline this process, we now utilize a highly capable AI agent to conduct outreach, ensuring efficient and effective communication.

Business Associates Agreement

To uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and compliance, we ask clinicians to sign a Business Associates Agreement (BAA) with Allogeneic Solutions. This agreement is crucial in safeguarding patient information and initiating access to our comprehensive network of FDA-regulated HCT/P providers.  

Patient IVR Folders (Wound)

Once the BAA is in place, clinicians provide individual IVR (Insurance Verification Record) folders for their patients. These folders are a comprehensive record, including photographic evidence of the standard of care (SOC) applied to an open wound that has not improved in four weeks, is larger than one square centimeter, and has no infection. 

Submission:

With the IVR folders ready, we submit the necessary documentation and details. 

Provision Presentation:

Based on the Local Coverage Determination (LCD) indication, we present a range of individual patient-qualified HCT allograft products, ensuring they are applicable, beneficial, and reimbursable for the patient’s specific condition.

Training & Support

We offer ongoing training sessions to help clinicians integrate our products into their practice effectively. Our team is always available to answer questions and provide assistance.

Feedback and Improvement

We value input from our clinician partners. Regular check-ins and feedback sessions help us improve our products and services to meet the needs of patients and healthcare providers.
