Working with us

Allogeneic Solutions Inc. supplies human amniotic membrane allografts to two clinical communities: ophthalmologists and optometrists working the ocular surface, and plastic and reconstructive surgeons performing keloid revision. What follows is how ordering, handling, and support actually work.

Ordering

Knowledgeable staff is available at the start of your business day, nationwide. Orders are placed by phone or email and ship directly to your practice. Orders received by 1:00 PM Eastern ship the same day. Two-day service runs Monday through Wednesday; Thursday ships overnight only. To open an account, we need: the prescribing physician, the receiving medical facility's shipping address, NPI #, and a contact for priority shipments.

Storage and Handling

Amniotic Membrane Allografts represented by Allogeneic Solutions are room temperature stable. No freezer, no dry ice, no cold chain, and no return shipper to coordinate. Your product arrives ready for the shelf.

Business Associate Agreement

Most orders carry no patient information at all. A shipment needs a receiving facility, an address, and a contact, and none of that is protected health information. When patient information does move, such as an insurance verification request or a case study, the arrangement changes. Under HIPAA, your practice is the covered entity, and Allogeneic Solutions Inc. is the business associate, so we sign the Business Associate Agreement rather than asking you to. Since the 2013 Omnibus Rule, business associates are directly liable to the HHS Office for Civil Rights, which means the obligation is ours to carry. The BAA is executed before any patient information changes hands, best practice from the beginning.

Training and Support

Training covers handling, storage, sizing, ordering, and coding.

Lot Tracking

Every graft carries a distinct identification code, and under 21 CFR Part 1271 the distribution record runs from donor to consignee and back. Keep the lot label in the patient chart. If a question ever comes up about a specific graft, that label is what answers it.

Mission Statement

Distribute ethically sourced, rigorously characterized, 361 compliant tissue to prescribing clinicians for homologous use.
