Biologic Tissue for Ocular Defects and Surgical Revision
Allogeneic Solutions supplies FDA-regulated human amniotic membrane allografts, used within their native function as a protective covering, barrier, and scaffold. Ethically sourced, room temperature stable, and delivered directly to your practice.
A Narrow Focus, by Design
Amniotic membrane has a long, documented history as a protective covering and barrier. We keep our focus deliberately narrow, two clinical communities: the clinicians who treat the ocular surface, and the surgeons who use it as a surgical covering, keloid revision foremost among them. Each gets the form that fits the setting, a precision-cut disc for the eye, a larger graft for the operative site, and the support that fits the practice. Room-temperature stable, delivered direct.
HCT/P 361 Products
Amniotic membrane allografts are human tissue products regulated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration under 21 CFR Part 1271 and Section 361 of the Public Health Service Act. They are FDA regulated, not FDA approved, and are intended for homologous use, covering, protection, and serving as a barrier and a structural scaffold. Information on this site is provided for educational purposes only, is not medical advice, and does not constitute prescribing or billing guidance. Allogeneic Solutions is a distributor of HCT/P 361 products and does not influence clinical decision-making; final decisions rest with the treating physician.
A distributor that keeps our claims as clean as our tissue
We partner with ophthalmologists, optometrists, and reconstructive surgeons across the United States to bring FDA compliant human tissue products, intended for homologous use, into thoughtful patient care.
We represent two manufacturers, and only two: Seed Biotech, maker of aril®, an acellular allograft amniotic membrane, and Oculus Biologics, maker of XcellerEYES™, a lyophilized amniotic membrane allograft.

Keloid Revision
An acellular allograft amniotic membrane used as a protective covering, barrier, and scaffold at the surgical site. For use by plastic and reconstructive surgeons performing keloid excision.
Ocular Defects
Amniotic membrane transplantation (AMT) applies the innermost layer of the placenta to the ocular surface as a covering and protective barrier for corneal, conjunctival, and eyelid tissues following injury or disease. AMT serves as a protective covering during the recovery period.
